Webinar on State of Environment reports - SOER 2020 and Danish State of the Environment webportal

In the context of our interaction with the NRC-SoE reports experts, the European Environment Agency (EEA) is offering and inviting the ENI East experts to take part and listen to the EEA and the EU countries presentations at the Webinars on State of Environment reports.

The ENI SEIS II East project objective aims to strengthen the regular production of environmental indicators and assessments and the overall method of implementation is to use the Eionet and EU best practices. The Eionet expertise plays a key role in capacity building and transfer of experience in application of relevant practices, tool and systems used in the EU and EEA context, as foreseen in the Description of Action.

The State of Environment Community of Practices will organise a webinar on Thursday 23 April between 14.00-15.00 CET in which the EEA countries present their national NRC-SoE reports.

The webinar will include a presentation on the SOER 2020 and on the Danish State of the Environment webportal that was launched on 15 November 2019. The Danish presentation was originally foreseen on 11 February but was cancelled due to sickness and the SOER 2020 presentation was originally scheduled for our annual meeting in Malta.

Webinar's agenda for Thursday 23 April between 14.00-15.00 CET:

  • SOER 2020 by Tobias Lung (EEA)
  • Danish State of the Environment Webportal presented by Trine Bergholtz Friis

Please join this webinar and feel free to share this invitation with interested colleagues.

Like previous webinars there will be a short introduction followed by a 25-minute presentation and 5 minutes for asking questions.
