The Training Program on the System of Environmental-economic Accounting Central Framework (SEEA-CF) and environment-related Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Indicators for countries of Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia is upcoming.

This programme organised by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) and the United Nations Statistics Division (UNSD) with support of the Central Bureau of Statistics of Netherlands.

The training programme is based on a blended learning format consisting of the three phases:

1. An online course to provide an overview on the SEEA-CF and covers topics such as physical flow accounts, environmental asset accounts and environmental activity accounts.
2. An on-site training for participants from countries that have demonstrated a strong commitment to implement the SEEA –CF to further deepen their knowledge about the SEEA-CF.
3. A following up actions to conduct a national training workshop on SEEA –CF and formulate a national strategy and work plan for the SEEA -CF implementation.
