First training on CORINE Land Cover (CLC) methodology in the Republic of Armenia

First training course included the following main components:
• General introduction to CORINE Land Cover
• Practicalities: setting up the CLC pilot in the country
• Discussion of the standard European CLC nomenclature with special emphasis on the country; see: https://land.copernicus.eu/user-corner/technical-library/corine-land-cover-nomenclature-guidelines/html/
• Practical CLC mapping exercise using the InterChange¹ software tool for the pilot area in the country.
