The fourth seminar served as a system of environmental economic accounting (SEEA) knowledge and experience sharing platform in Geneva. Participation of the Eastern Partnership countries was covered by the ENI SEIS II project.

This seminar focused on:

• water accounting;
• environment-related taxes and subsidies;
• the SEEA experimental ecosystem.

During the practical session, Armenia presented its progress on implementation of the water accounts.

Meetings with national focal point (NFP) and experts from the Eastern Partnership region also took place during the seminar, discussing the SEEA progress under the current European Neighbourhood Initiative (ENI) SEIS II East region project, and envisaging specific needs and possibilities for further activities that should be discussed after this event.
