EEA air quality team visited Azerbaijan to meet with representatives of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the National Air Monitoring department, the Hydrometeorology department, Sector of Environmental Policy division and  Twinning project - Improving the National Environmental Monitoring System in Azerbaijan on the Basis of EU Exemplary Practices NEA,  to assess the air quality monitoring and reporting infrastructure and networks in the countries.

This event was organised under a new project activity that aims to increase the use and public accessibility of air quality measurement data in the Eastern Partnership countries.
