The first meeting in 2019 of the ENI SEIS II East project National Implementation Team in Azerbaijan took place in Baku, Azerbaijan on 01 May 2019.

The main objective of the meeting was to inform its members of on ongoing activities with the view engaging them with the project,  to ensure synergies with other relevant regional and national projects and initiatives and avoid overlaps.

The team members discussed national priorities and plans for the second half of 2019 and for 2020 and mentioned the importance of the coordinated work of the relevant public authorities in terms of implementation of activities under the ENI SEIS II project.
